Endurance on 8th Health Centre is a downtown Calgary integrated health centre providing a full spectrum of health services since 2007. We are also home to Calgary’s Integrative Health Centre for Perimenopause and Menopause Care.

The benefit of an integrated multidisciplinary centre is that every patient receives coordinated care under one roof. Rather than managing multiple separate practitioners who do not communicate with each other, our team works together around your specific clinical picture to deliver more precise and more effective care.

Our services include our specialized perimenopause and menopause care program, chiropractic care, naturopathic medicine, massage therapy, nutritional counselling and fitness programming.

Visit Endurance on 8th Health Centre at the +15 level of Plains Midstream Plaza.  The building is one block south of the 4th street C-Train station and connected to the Centennial parkade on 9th Avenue.  If entering from the main floor, travel up the escalator or the last elevator on the left to access the +15 level.
