2 cups sliced frozen strawberries.
1/2 cup cashews (raw) or soaked sunflower seeds.
1/3 cup rolled oats (gluten free).
1 cup dairy-free milk of choice.
2 tsp maple syrup or honey.
1 cup ice cubes.
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional).
1 scoop vanilla protein powder.
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender together with about 1/2 cup water, and process until super smooth. .
Add a little extra milk or water if it’s too thick for your liking.
Serve immediately and make it a great day!
