ENDURANCE ON 8TH · ONLINE COACHING

Coaching that fits the life you actually have

Work runs late. Family needs your attention. Sleep gets short. A useful plan starts with the week you actually have and builds from there.

Our team brings chiropractic and health-coaching experience to practical training, nutrition and recovery support. We review what you share, respond to your week and help you choose a manageable next step.

How it works

1. We start with you

Complete a health, lifestyle and goals questionnaire. We talk through your schedule, relevant history, what you have tried and what has or has not worked. Together, we agree on a starting point and the support included in your program.

2. You check in each week

A short check-in on your phone covers the habits relevant to your goals, along with sleep, stress and energy. There is room for your own words, because a difficult week needs context.

3. Our team replies personally

We review your check-in and send a personal response to your week. The aim is one manageable focus, with practical adjustments where needed. If a conversation would be more useful, we discuss the next step together.

4. We review the bigger picture

Every four weeks, we step back to look at what has held steady, what has changed and what needs adjusting. Your feedback and agreed progress measures help guide the next phase.

Personal support, one step at a time

  1. Your check-in
  2. Our team’s review
  3. Your next steps

We review your progress, consider what has changed and provide personal guidance around your goals and circumstances.

What we work on

Training, nutrition, recovery and day-to-day stress management, in the combination that suits your goals. Together, we choose a small number of anchor habits—the routines that deserve your attention first.

Training that fits your setting

Exercise guidance shaped around your experience, current abilities and available equipment, whether you train at home, in a gym or while travelling.

Nutrition you can put into practice

Support with meal structure, food choices and consistency that considers your preferences, routine and relevant health needs.

We also look at sleep, recovery and the demands competing for your time. The goal is to make your next steps clear enough to use in everyday life.

Who it’s for

Busy adults who want structure, accountability and help making training and nutrition fit around work, family and changing priorities. You do not need to be a competitor or already have a consistent routine.

Coaching alongside your healthcare

Coaching supports your training and lifestyle goals. It does not replace assessment or treatment from your doctor or other health professionals. We consider relevant restrictions and discuss further assessment or referral when needed.

Progress depends on many factors, including your health, starting point, available time and consistency. We agree on meaningful measures and review your response rather than promising a particular result.
