💡 Today’s Tip: Try a Morning “Mind-Body Reset”
Before the demands of the day kick in, take 5 minutes for a mini routine that supports both your mental and physical wellness:
1. Deep Breathing (1–2 minutes): Inhale through your nose, hold, and exhale slowly to reset your nervous system.

2. Gentle Movement (2–3 minutes): Stretch your arms overhead, roll your shoulders, or walk a lap around your home or office.

3. Name One Positive Intention for the Day: Something like “I will protect my energy” or “I will move with kindness.”

These three steps help recenter your thoughts, reduce anxiety, and improve focus—and when done regularly, they lay the foundation for stronger resilience.
