These Cookie Dough Brownies are delicious!

Ingredients:

For the brownie base:
1 1/4 cup (230g) cooked black beans.
1 cup (168g) soft dates.
1/3 cup (35g) cocoa.
1/4 tsp salt.
1/4 cup (4 tbsp) coconut oil, melted.
1/3 cup (5 tbsp) milk of choice.
6 tbsp oat flour.

For the cookie dough topping:
1 cup (100g) oat flour.
1/2 tsp baking powder.
1/4 tsp salt.
1/2 cup date paste – 1/2 cup (84g) dates blended with 1/4 cup (4tbsp) water until smooth.
1/4 cup (4 tbsp) coconut oil, melted.
1/4 cup (4 tbsp) milk of choice.
1 tsp vanilla extract – optional.
1/3 cup (60g) dairy-free dark chocolate chips.

Instructions: 
1. Preheat your oven to 180*C/160*C fan assisted/350*F 
2. Add all the brownie ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
3. Press the mixture into an 8×8 square cake tin lined with parchment paper.
4. In a bowl, mix together the oat flour, baking powder and salt. Add in the date paste, coconut oil, milk and vanilla extract (if using any). Mix to combine.
5. Fold in the chocolate chips then spread the mixture over the brownie layer. 
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Leave to cool completely before slicing.
7. Enjoy!
