These Cookie Dough Overnight Oats definitely hit the spot!

Ingredients:
½ cup rolled oats (certified gluten free if needed)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp buckwheat groats
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
2 tbsp Genuine Health Fermented Vegan Proteins + Vanilla (or another vegan or whey vanilla protein powder of choice – if tolerated)
¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond or coconut milk
1 tbsp cashew or nut-free butter
1-2 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions:
1. In a bowl or jar add the oats, chia seeds, groats, protein powder and almond milk. Mix well to combine.
2. Place the jar in the fridge and leave overnight.
3. In the morning, before eating, stir in the cashew or nut-free butter and the dark chocolate chips.
4. Drizzle with a little pure maple syrup.
