Woman in red breathing fresh air

If you’re feeling mentally foggy, emotionally drained, or just a little “off” after the Easter long weekend—you’re not alone.

Even when holidays are restful, they can still leave us feeling out of sync: disrupted routines, late nights, travel, family dynamics, or a sugar overload. It’s normal to return to work feeling like you need a reset—but instead of pushing harder, try this simple stress recovery ritual to ease yourself back into focus.

🌿 3-Step Stress Recovery Ritual to Try Today

This takes 5–6 minutes and works whether you’re at your desk, in your car, or on a quick break:

Woman breathing fresh air

1️⃣ Breathe:
Try 4–6 breathing: Inhale for 4 seconds, exhale for 6. Do this for 2 minutes.
This calms your nervous system and clears mental static.

2️⃣ Move:
Stand up, stretch, roll your shoulders, or walk to the end of the hallway and back.
Just a few minutes of movement can shift brain fog and release tension.

3️⃣ Acknowledge What’s Heavy:
Write down (or mentally name) one thing that’s weighing on you right now.
Bringing it into awareness reduces its emotional hold—and gives your brain space to focus on what matters.

🧠 Why Stress Recovery Is More Important Than Ever

Many professionals try to “push through” stress by working harder or exercising more—but when your nervous system is overloaded, what you actually need is recovery first.

Chronic stress affects everything:

Sleep

Digestion

Focus

Motivation

Immune health

Body composition

That’s why we created a dedicated Stress & Recovery Plan—to help you rebuild energy, balance your routine, and restore your health from the inside out.

💡 What’s Included in the Plan?

✅ Weekly check-ins (virtual or in-person)
✅ Breath, movement & mindset strategies
✅ Stress-focused lifestyle coaching
✅ Optional body composition tracking
✅ Covered by most private insurance benefits

You don’t have to fix everything overnight—but you can start regaining control, with guidance.
