What are E8 Fit-Camps?
The E8 Fit-Camps are energetic group training camps that utilizes a variety of equipment and exercises to help you achieve your fitness goals!
Our E8 Fit-Camps welcome women and men of all ages and levels of fitness, and provide a total-body workout that integrates our 8 principles of fitness:
- Cardiovascular
- Strength
- Flexibility
- Stamina
- Agility
- Mobility
- Stress relief
- Goal achievement and we can’t forget FUN
E8 Fit-Camp consists of:
- Minimum of 5 people per group
- Variety of Camps, including co-ed and women only
- We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced level camps with availability
