So should you “sweat it out” or take a break from the gym?
It’s simple….
? If it’s above the neck – it’s ok to train but reduce your training intensity
? if it’s below the neck – rest up.
?The common cold typically includes runny nose, slight coughing, sneezing, etc. (“above the neck symptoms”) when the virus is mild.
? The flu is more severe and usually includes aches and fever (“below the neck symptoms”). Make it a great day!!!
