Details of Each Appointment
Each appointment will be scheduled with one of our Endurance on 8th Health Centre doctors to gather a full history about your pain, strain, or general health.
Your doctor will perform an objective exam where different ranges of motion are tested, if applicable. Nutrition and lifestyle counselling may involve further analysis of your daily meal &/or exercise logs.
Finally, your doctor will educate you about your progress and provide realistic goals and tools that suit your lifestyle. This may include:
- customized exercise programs
- stretching routines
