About the instructor:
Anna is a graduate of the Yoga Studio College of Calgary, AB and the Univeristy of Holistic Theology, Melbourne, FL. Her personal practice in Mindfulness meditation gave her strength in working through personal challenges in her life. A s a teacher, she is dedicated to bringing the skills of mediation to others who want to enjoy more calm, focus and resilience. Anna works in the corporate world and spends her spare time enriching the lives of others, giving back to her community and deepening her spiritual journey.
